I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dale and the team at Cardinal Home Care, and in particular, caregiver Blanca. Dale immediately jumped into problem solve and help our family when we found ourselves in urgent need of in-home care for my father. When just about everyone else said they wouldn’t/couldn’t serve our area (Lovettsville/Western Loudoun), Dale worked to find a solution and would call me each day with an update. Within just a few days he was able to work out a schedule with Blanca for overnight care, and it was truly a God send. My Dad and Blanca became fast friends, and we loved seeing the photos she would send of the two of them having dinner together and “toasting” with their soda cans. As Dad’s care needs rapidly increased following a fall, Dale and Blanca were able to adjust quickly providing near round-the-clock care when we needed it most. Our family will always be grateful for Cardinal Home Care.

Cardinal Home Care has provided incredible service and care for my 89 year old mom. The level of care is way beyond what we could have obtained with assisted living or even a nursing home, while allowing Mom to stay in her home and remain active, as she very strongly wished. The owner has worked very hard to keep the care at a very personal level, speaking with me as required. The home health care aides are very skilled and caring, and communicate with me both providing status and when something else comes up. Cardinal scheduling has made sure that someone is with her 24/7/365, including bringing in extra help on very short notice when needed. The Cardinal Director of Nursing has been an invaluable resource. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance and care.

Cardinal Home Care was an enormous help to my family when things were very rough. Dale was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and thoughtful. He helped guide us through the process of starting in home care. No brush offs from receptionist, never struggling to remember who we were, and always concerned about how to help. We were beyond blessed to have Adjoua help care for my mom. I knew my mom was taken care of when Adjoua was there. She was so sweet and gentle with mom, always getting a smile out of her and a few hundred dance parties. Mom asked her to move in!
